Elan Downloads and Support Archive

We recently posted What happened to Elan Digital Systems Ltd's website? discussing the disposition of Elan. As promised, we've begun to collect files and are making them available for download. Depending on traffic, we might not keep them at these current locations, but we will update this page whenever there are any changes. Special thanks to Michael Vögele for locating the Java software for USBScope50.

If we recall correctly, there was a SDK. If we come across a copy of it, we'll post it above.

I remember there was a one-page PDF-file with description of registers of usbscope50. It would be great to have that, but I can't find them.

I am looking for:

You could start looking here: USBscope50 USB PC Oscilloscope We didn't see the specific document you were looking for, but if we come across it at some point, we'll post it here.

Dear Synchrotech,

To my great success, I've found this pdf on the old laptop, where it was saved five years ago.

Please, have your copy:

Thank you Mr. Kornilov. We posted them here on this blog, and also on our tumblr. It's our hope that all these resources we gather will help the community of users who were abandoned when Elan shuttered its doors.

Hi I've a P423 Card Drive PCI, with dual frontPCMCIA slots.
In a W7 64 bit machine its seems fine till PCMCIA card inserted then the IDE/ATAPI driver has a problem.

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Is there a suitable driver please?

Synchrotech said...

Sorry, but Elan never wrote 64-bit drivers compatible with Vista or above. If you need to use PC Cards with 64-bit version of The Windows 7, you'll have to use a different model of card reader.

Ah, so if I install 32 bit W7 on this machine ILO 64 bit, then the Vista drivers might work?

Synchrotech said...

We doubt that will work. You're welcome to try it, but it may cause system instability.

Hi everyone, It seems a shame that the community is once again having to pick up the pieces of another innovative British electronics company going to the wall. I have just bought an Elan 1000 Universal Eprom Programmer and was wondering if anyone here knows where I can find a user manual and perhaps software for computer control?

Cheers
